A Trip to Tübingen

This morning, we woke up before the sun so that we could catch the bus to the Bahnhof (Train Station) for a three-hour, two-switcheroo trip to Tübingen, where we were going to meet with the coordinator for Tim's program. We packed up our little brotchen und brezel and headed downtown. And, like every time you have night-long stress about missing a train and then leave extra early to alleviate said stress, we were an hour early.

Map of the Train Trip
The first leg of the train trip brought us to Singen. From Singen we went to Horb, and from Horb to Tübingen. The program coordinator picked us up and we went out to lunch. Tim and I ate Flammkuchen, which is a lunch/dinner specialty here. It is like a thin-crust pizza.

After we talked with the coordinator for a while, we went up to the castle (now owned by the University...they hold classes in it!!) and looked around, did some sight-seeing, and headed back home. To pass the time, we played a our own version of jeopardy-pun-hangman.

Here's our game sheet
